The Superbowl is coming up on February 11, which means it’s the perfect time for wings!

Earlier this week, we asked our Instagram followers who has the best wings in town and received over 100 replies! Four spots in particular received the most votes - Chicken Bee, Bad Daddy’s, Rody’s Tavern, and Bon-Bon Wings & Grill.

After another round of voting, Bad Daddy’s and Bon-Bon Wings & Grill were our final contenders. Now it’s up to you to make the tiebreaking decision:

Thursday, January 25

  • Goat Yoga - Join Summerfield Farms for an indoor yoga class with miniature goats. 6 PM

  • Pups, Pints, and Paint - Meet adoptable dogs and enjoy a night of painting at Pig Pounder Brewery. 6 PM

Friday, January 26

  • Cookies & Beer Pairing - Girl Scout cookies and beer? Head to SouthEnd Brewing Co. to experience this pairing for yourself. Also available Saturday.

  • DIY Class - Create Mod Podge magnets for yourself or as a gift at Nomad Wine Works. Materials provided. 6 PM

  • Musical Theater - The Steven Tanger Center presents My Fair Lady, a classic show with a comedic and heartwarming story. Available through Sunday.

  • Scholarship State Finals - Participants from The Distinguished Young Women of North Carolina will showcase their talents at the Carolina Theatre. 7 PM

  • Laser Metallica - Enjoy a spectacular laser light show at the Greensboro Science Center’s OmniSphere Theater, featuring some of Metallica’s greatest hits. Show times at 7, 8, and 9 PM.

Saturday, January 27

  • Wine & Chocolate Festival - Head to Greensboro Coliseum for tastings of various North Carolina wines. Two sessions available at 1 PM and 5 PM.

  • Music & Movement - Join Fit4Mom at The Music Academy of North Carolina for a free class. 9:30 AM

  • Book Lovers’ Social - Meet fellow book lovers and regional authors at Greensboro Public Library (Central location). 1-4:30 PM

  • Brewmaster Tour - Take a tour of Steel Hands Brewing and receive a brewmaster’s flight, souvenir pint glass, and more. 2 PM

  • Basketball - Cheer on the UNCG Spartans as they take on the Mercer Bears at the Greensboro Coliseum. 7 PM

  • Yoga and Mimosas - Join Humbled Warriors Yoga at Nomad Wine Works for a yoga class. 11 AM

Sunday, January 28

  • Free Yoga - Participate in a free class at Boxcar Bar + Arcade, then meet adoptable dogs from All Pets Considered and Carolina Boxer Rescue. 11 AM - 3 PM

  • Craft Market - Come to Hidden Gate Brewing every Sunday for artisan food and handcrafted items. 12-5 PM

  • Ranking: Three local restaurants made Yelp’s Top 100 Places to Eat in the U.S. for 2024! The restaurants were Odeh’s Mediterranean Kitchen (No. 43), Freeman’s Grub & Pub (No. 49), and The Table (No. 54).

  • Arts: The High Point Arts Council will celebrate its 62nd birthday and reveal its new branding and strategic plan on February 2 at its headquarters. The event is free, but registration is required.

  • Save the Date: The Black Is Beautiful Bridal Show takes place Sunday, February 25 at The Loft at Congdon Yards. The wedding planning event will showcase Black-owned brands and wedding professionals.

  • Construction: Construction is starting on the final mile of Greensboro’s Downtown Greenway, which will run along the former railroad corridor between Guilford and Friendly Avenues. There will be a celebration event at the public art work, Cairn’s Course, (501 Guilford Ave) on January 27.

  • Education: UNCG could eliminate up to 19 career programs come February 1. School leaders have said lower enrollment and a lack of funding are the main factors contributing to the decision.

  • New Store: The first-ever location of Carhartt in North Carolina opens January 25. The workwear apparel store will be located in the Friendly Center shopping mall.

  • Barista 101 - Learn and practice the basics of coffee creation for home espresso at Green Joe’s Coffee Co. on February 3.
