Easter is March 31, but it’s not too early to start celebrating! Take the kids (and dogs!) to one of these Easter egg hunts in or near Greensboro this weekend and/or next weekend.

Mom Workout - Join Fit4mom Piedmont for its Body Boost workout at Bull City Ciderworks and connect with other moms. 6:30 PM
Friday, March 22
Piedmont Opera - Mozart's The Marriage of Figaro comes to High Point Theatre. A second performance takes place on Sunday.
Basketball - The Greensboro Swarm takes on the Oklahoma City Blue at Novant Health Fieldhouse on Friday and Saturday. These are the last home games of the season.
Green Party - The Guilford Green Foundation hosts its annual event at Boxcar Bar + Arcade, featuring appetizers, dancing, and drag performances. 8 PM - 12 AM
Saturday, March 23
Spotlight Circus - Head to the Downtown Greenway for a free event with circus and dance performances, workshops, and activities for the whole family! Also available March 30.
Race - Run on PTI Airport’s runway in a 10K or 5K race! Proceeds from the event will benefit Second Harvest Food Bank, Greensboro Urban Ministry, and Open Door Ministries. 9 AM
DIY Workshop - Create paper flower sculptures (they never die!) at The Art Gallery at Congdon Yards. 1 PM
Wine Tasting - Join Lewis & Elm for its inaugural Winter Warmer Wine Tasting event, featuring 15+ wines perfect for a chilly day. 2 PM
Ballet - Watch the Greensboro Ballet perform Storybook Tales at Carolina Theatre. 2 & 7 PM
Pajama Jam - Wear your favorite PJs to the Greensboro Science Center for an after-hours pajama party. 6-9 PM
Broadway Karaoke - Get ready to belt out your favorite Moulin Rouge tunes at One Thirteen Brewhouse + Rooftop Bar. 8 PM

Soccer Watch Party - Cheer on Carolina Core FC at Stock + Grain Assembly as they take on Atlanta UTD. 3 PM
Community Singalong - Sing to popular showtunes at Carolina Theatre’s free “This CommUnity Sings” event! All skill levels welcome. 3 PM
Spring Music Fest - Spend the afternoon listening to live music at Summerfield Farms. There will be food trucks, refreshing beverages, and pop-up shops. 2 PM

Save the Date: The Elm Street Run Festival takes place on May 11. Participants can participate in a 10 mile, 5K, or 1 mile walk/run. All event proceeds benefit TriadBeHeadStrong, a local charity supporting brain and spine tumor patients and providers.
Ranking: Greensboro ranked No. 23 in 24/7 Wall St’s Top 40 US Cities with Booming Downtowns list! Other North Carolina cities that made the list included Winston-Salem (No. 25), Durham (No. 11), and Charlotte (No. 2).
Explore: Did you know you can take several different walking tours of Greensboro? Choose from a downtown historical tour, an African-American historical tour, or a true crime tour. Available every Saturday!
Dining: Yelp’s Tastes and Treats of the Triad campaign just started! From now until April 7, Yelp will highlight local restaurants and coffee shops through community events featuring free food! The next restaurant to be highlighted is Harvest Boards and Bowls from March 25-31.
Opening Soon: The Clubhouse is a new athletics simulator venue coming to The Village at West End. It will be equipped with Full Swing MultiSport simulators, allowing guests to play various sports like golf, basketball, and even zombie dodgeball.
